Dear Experten,

1 Does anyone knows if there are Luftwaffe documents (about units) to find in other archives than in Freiburg, Germany? I thought I had ever heard, that there might be something to find in archives Paris and in Moscow. Can someone confirm this and send me the postaddresses (and e-mail address) if this is right?
2 Does anyone know if there are "Ministry of Defence" Archives from the Government in France, Sweden, Spain and Denmark where they keep all the stuff -plans, orders, technical information, details- about military equipment to be used for own defence purposes from about 1930-1945? If they exist, in which way is it possible to get entrance to them and what are the adresses, tel. no.'s, e-mail adresses?

Thank you very much in advance!!

HI here's some basic information about the Swedish War archives, which would keep the information you're requesting.

Krigsarkivet
Banérgatan 64
115 88 Stockholm
+46.8.782.41.00
krigsarkivet@krigsarkivet.ra.se

They have some basic stuff (losslists, some drawings etc) on site, other stuff will have to be sent for which can take a day or two. You have to study the material on site.

Good luck
/Mikael

The Krigsarkivet might be one source of plans for the Fi 156. For discussion of books and possible sources of plans on the Fi 156, the reader is referred to the topic "Books on the Fi 156" on the "References & Reference Materials" forum.
