Book about transport units

Folks,

I received a letter of the comradeship of the transport pilots Luftwaffe. They sell several books which are related with Ju 52/3m f.e. One is a rare book written by Karl Koessler, well known as a author in Jet&Prop. The title is
'Transporter wer kennt sie schon ?' and you can find out which Ju 52 with thr rudder code 1 w 3 belonged to which unit.
This book costs 15.00 Deutsch Marks and you can get from Kameradschaft der Transportflieger Peter Briegel, Akazienstr. 14,
86899 Landsberg.

Regards,

Alex

There's no need to contact the author for he definitely has no copies. The relevant book is still available thru the Association of Former Transport Personnel. I've been taking
part in the annual verterans reunion and can provide the necessary e-mail contact for book orders. Contact me off-board, please.

Alex

I there a book/s in German or English, to your knowledge on the Me 323 and the units...e.g. TG 5 that operated them.
I am particularly interested in a complete listing of the Me 323s delivered and all operations, even down to individual aircraft, especially after August 1944?

Thanks
Mitch
