It is a difficult thing restoring a 60 year old aircraft.
For manuals etc. try this site: http://www.luftfahrt-archiv-hafner.de/
For tecnical manuals etc. you should ask the Messerschmitt Stiftung in Munich.
I have tried tho buy or restore a Bf109 with friends. Restoring is impossible. There are not enough old parts available to build maybe a 109. It is easier to buy an old aircraft and rebuild their parts. This will cost in the case of a Bf109 more or less 3 Million Deutsche Mark. And this calculation is dated 1990. Also you need mechanics. And they must live in your neighbourhood and not thousands of kilometers away. Second you need a shed. Third you need insurance and this is the main problem. Flying a Bf109 is very risky. You can fly a Bf109? Pilots are extremely rare! I mean young pilots who can handle an old aircraft with the first attempt. You canīt put a 70 year old man in such an aircraft. This is in Germany impossible. And if you have the aircraft ready, you must get the machine through its MOT. As for Germany this means a big mistery.
