Hi John,

There is a list available on the web. I don't know if it is accurate, although it looks rather good to me. However it must be a good starting point : www.airpic.ch (http://www.airpic.ch) and select "Swiss Air Force (unofficial) site" and "Interned aircraft".

Regards,

Benno

Further on Benno's instructions, I went to take a look at this list of interned aircaft. After clicking on "Swiss Air Force (unofficial) site", you come to a page with a map where Swiss Air Force Bases are located. Information about each base can be found under the section entitled Bases. Nothing fancy - essentially visitor info, with no history.

The big prize here, as Benno points out, is the .pdf list of interned aircraft found under the section entitled Interned Aircraft. Christoph has compiled a magnificent 3-page list of what likely are most or all aircraft interned in Switzerland during WW II, both Axis and Allied. Information listed is:

Date
Type (aircraft)
Location (in Switzerland)
Event (landing or crash)
Return (date)
Nationality
Serial
Unit
Nickname

Regards,
Richard
