Does anyone know of a good reference map of 1940s Europe? I want to be able to plot bomb routes from Great Britain to and from European targets for specific WWII missions that I am interested in.

Dave,
I have been plotting locations of downed Bomber Command aircraft and routes to and from targets on modern maps of Europe that indicate longtitude and latitude. The major difference being the extent of built up areas and motorways.
The map to get is the RAF Newcastle to Prague map, I think that is the title, but I do not think it shows much detail. This map is printed in various books about Bomber Command (for different raids) but I have not seen one for sale. I expect the only way to get it is to have one copied at the PRO.
I am really interested in the raids from July 43 to February 44 with particular interest in the Berlin raid of 15th February 1944. If you have the co-ordinates of the route to and from the targets for this night I would be very grateful.
Simon
