Check out the "Scientific and Technical Information Network" of the Defence Technical Information Network at:

A "fielded search" of their Scientific and Technical Documents using the keyword "German" turned up a number of hits for captured German documents. A good number of these documents can be viewed directly online. Just glancing through the hits I saw one on the modifications to the Me 262 for high speed tests "Me 262 Leistungssteigerung" , one on large transport/bomber design, and one a large jet propelled bomber with forward swept wings.
Their search engine can be a bit frustrating but dilligence and careful use of the search fields can turn up some real gems.
It appears that only those documents that have been officially declassified in response to "Freedom of Information Act" requests are returned by the search engine. One wonders what their complete archives contain...
