L.S.,Looking for confirmation: I cannot find there the JG26 claim: Oblt.Burkert 9/26, 14.40 hr. crashplace Pl.qdr.HL-5, 20.10.'43.
The aimable Don Caldwell info'ed me it was listed there, out of 'recently recovered filmrolls'. Of course I asked him, not finding it, extra explain, helàs no answer yet. Also on the update on these matters in the internet JG26-site it's not registered.
Probibly I downloaded the list from the Holm-site too early (?)
Has somebody insight in a 'newer' Tony Wood list and for confirmation, will tell me it's there indeed?

I think the microfilms being referenced are likely the ones noted under the topic title "Abschussmeldungen. Microfilms C2025 - C2037 in BA/MA Freiburg" on this forum. Take a look.

The JG 26 website address is http://www.jg26.cjb.net, which you would have found under the "Useful Websites" forums.

1- I 'was' on both sites of course. Results still negative.
2- I still cannot reach Don Caldwell, tried again today, asked Mr. E.Butler too.
3- Do you have an E-mail adress of Tony Wood so I can ask him personally?
