Maybe old news but read today Dornier went bankrupt !!

I was visiting Preserved Axis Aircrafts right now and saw this astonishing news !! Must admit I´m speechless... I hope all their archives and relics find a good home in Germany! One of their Dornier Do-24 T (trubo prop engined )was sold to Philippines. I also wish all workers, in special the ones from the archives will be ok in the future...
(I checked the Preserved Axis Aircraft website ( http://www.preservedaxisaircraft.com/ ) for details regarding Dornier. Looking at the entry for Dec. 21, 2002, what it says about Dornier is:
"It seems like either the whole Dornier company or parts of it have run into financial problems so the Dornier Museum's collection might be broken apart. There is a possibility that this Do 24 might be leaving Germany for USA thus leaving Germany without a complete example one of these great flying boats. Hopefully the efforts to undertaken to keep the aircraft and the Dornier Museums collection intact in Germany will succeed."
Whether that means Dornier actually had gone bankrupt is far from clear.
Regards,
Richard)
