The US National archives has almost all luftwaffe technical and training manuals on microfilm. I am in the middle of a move, so my files are buried, but there is an entire microfilm records group that is nothing but Luftwaffe tech manuals. Try a phone call to the microfilm room at College Park, the people there are very helpful.
