I am afraid I don't have an address but this is located at Calden near Kassel. According to Lutz Budrass' book 'Flugzeugindustrie und Luftrüstung' they have the Jahresberichte from 1933 -1944.

Dear Denes,
the Henschel Flugzeugwerke GmbH, Calden was sold in 1995 or so to Zahnradfabrik Friedrichshafen (ZF). Since then, access to the files is denied for some stupid reason (company secrets). It could be that the Jahresberichte are still in Calden - which is a small airport near Kassel - , but given the fact that the managers of ZF did not have the slightest glimpse of what they inherited, it is quite possible that they have been destroyed.
Sad but true.
