This article is in response to subjects on WWII air war board, which I don't have access to. The Do 217 night fighter scheme being discussed appears as a color photo on the US version of Greihl's book on the 217. If the photo was indeed originally in color and not "tipped" in later, then that should help to answer the camouflage questions.

There is a report on advanced versions of the Me 410 in the captured German documents MF records at Garber (NASM archives). The identification is reel 2737 beginning with frame 105. This report covers a variety of proposed 410 configurations and modifications with rudimentary performance info and drawings. It does have nacelle profiles of the DB 603 E/F JZ, DB 603L and BMW 801E installations (but not the BMW 801 TQ). A crude 3 view is included with o.a. dimensions of the long wing (20.5 M) version. I believe one can order prints of this document on line.
