Between fall 1944 and April 1945 M.I.14 MIRS (Military Intelligence Research Section) and G-2/SHAEF did a number of immensely comprehensive studies on Nazi Party and para-military organizations, including the NSFK. These are readily available from the U.S. National Archives, both in photocopy format and as microfilm. The U.S. Army Military History Institute at Carlisle Barracks (PA) also has them. As I recall, the NSFK one was somewhere between 50 and 100 pages in length and does include the names of most of the NSFK unit commanders.
