Hi everyone,
I'm looking for information on a B-17 that crash landed 20 km SE of Schweinfurt on Oct 14 1943 at around 1500 Hrs. local time. I'm looking for information regarding the serial number, code, info on camouflage, crew and anything else someone can provide. I have a very bad picture from a newspaper that shows a letter K in a white triangle and a lady painted on the right fuselage below the cockpit.
