19.6.44 comparison of 109/190/P51/P47

On 19 June 1944, the GAF compared the Bf 109 G-6, Bf 109 G-6AS, Fw 190 A-8 with the Mustang new model and Thunderbolt. I recently found a poorly printed copy of the 1st page of this report. Unfortunately, that page is from a lightly printed carbon copy in which a large portion is unreadable. It does mention the pilots involved -- Major Weise (I'm guessing at the 'W'), Major Schoepfel, Major Michalski, Stabsing. Beauvais, and Haupting. Lerche. It also comments on the visibility from the Mustang, noting that the climb of the aircraft was cut off at 7000 m because of a damaged 2nd supercharger change. It seems to describe the Thunderbolt and giving a tired impression.
Anyway, does anyone have a copy of the complete report? I would naturally be happy to pay all copying and postage costs for such a copy.
Thanks,
George
