When surfing through the net I found some informations about
the CD from Biblio at:

Die Verluste der Deutschen Luftwaffe. Fliegende Verbände und Bodentruppen 1940-1945. Diese Datenbank beinhaltet Informationen über Flugzeuge und deren Besatzungen, die im angegebenen Zeitraum durch Bedienungsfehler, Feindeinwirkung oder auf sonstige Weise verlorengingen. Gleiche Informationen sind über die Verluste der Bodentruppen (Fallschirmtruppen, Flak, Luftnachrichtentruppen, Fliegerbodenorganisation) enthalten. Eine Abfrage ist nach folgenden Kriterien möglich: Einheit, Truppenteil; Datum; Ort; Dienstgrad, Dienststellung, Personennamen; Verlustursache und Grad des Verlustes; Flugzeugtyp und Werknummer. Es werden folgende Quellen wiedergegeben: RL2III 184/ 752 bis 767 Flugzeugunfälle und Verluste bei den Fliegenden Verbänden 1939-42; RL 2 III / 769 bis 784 Flugzeugunfälle und Verluste bei Schulen und sonstigen Verbänden; RL 2 III / 1170 bis 1197 Unfälle und Verluste bei den (Fliegenden) Verbänden und RL 2 III / 1199. Die bedeutende Lücke in den Generalquartiermeister-Akten des Jahres 1944 soll durch Verwendung von Daten aus anderen Quellen bis zum Erscheinen der CD-ROM geschlossen werden. Ferner werden Sie über einen Index der Suchbegriffe zu den jeweiligen Textpassagen geführt.
Der Erscheinungstermin ist voraussichtlich am 30.06.2003. Vorbestellungen werden entgegengenommen.

For the guys with problems in german here a short summary:
The main source are the GQM-reports, but for 1944 some other sources should be used (WASt?)
CD will be available at end of June 2003.

Are the Luftwaffe Quartermaster Generals Loss Returns (ObdL Genst. Gen. Qu.6 Abt (1c)) re-produced anywhere on the internet? If so what is the URL and if not where can I obtain them and what sort of price is it for a copy?

No to the first question.
Yes to the second. A CD-ROM containing all of the Gen.Qu. loss reports, incl. those for the Schulen and Ergänzungsverbände, with some additional material for the missing year 1944 purportedly taken from published unit histories and related sources, will be available by "the end of this year", or so it is claimed. The unknown publisher of this CD has been continually postponing its availability over the past year or so, so I wouldn't put too much credence in the 31 December 2003 date. It could well slip again. The price I believe is in the € 499,- range (approx. $600. USD), making it rather pricy for the faint of heart, but far, far less than the cost of the IWM microfilms, the BA-MA fiche that cover the school units plus all of the unit history books.
