I am a nieve 1/6th scale re-enator and I am looking for info on whether Stalag guards had Luft-blue uniforms or the Heer- Reed/green? Any input would be great.

Peter.
All Luftwaffen members were wearing Luftwaffen Blue
The only change for identety were the collar patches. Flying personal and any thing to do with the aircraft were Yellow and as far as I remeber the ground troops for guarding and defence airports were also yellow, Flak was red. Nachrichten, were Brown. Sanitaeter (medics) were Blue and the Herman Goering division had white, but there was the baning around the patches the indication of which brance.
There was no mix of colors, Heer was Green, panzer, depending what unit, were either fieldgreen or black
and navy was navy blue.
The mix of colors came when Luftwaffen members were transferred to the Heer units and than you got usually a green jacket while keeping the Luftwaffen pants. Never the other way.
This from one who had to change color when we were put in to a panzer unit.
