      Alex,
My wifes father SGT. A.J. Bishop died when a Stirling bomber EH905 AA-R OF 75 sqn. RAF crashed at Ludwigsfelde in the early hours of 1st September 1943.Five of the crew died and two were taken as POWs.Two other aircraft crashed in the same area at the time and 11 crew members from the 3 aircraft were buried in a communal grave in the Russian Prisoner of War Cemetery in Ludswigfelde on 3rd September 1943.
How can I obtain details of official records giving detail of the crash of EH905 status of the crew and the exact position of the crash in Ludwigsfelde.
      Many thanks
      Charles Shutt
