Searching for relative
This is my first time on this site so I hope I am doing this correctly. I would like to find some information on a Luftwaffa Captain who was in the Rotenburg on Der Wumme near Bremen in 1945. I only know his name as Willie Rauscher, can any one help me to know where or how to search.

Could be : RAUSCHER, Wilhelm. (DOB: 03.06.12). 01.04.43 promo to Hptm. (Kr.O.) (RDA 01.06.42). 01.02.45 Hptm. and Maj. beim Stabe in Stab II.(Jägerleit)/Ln.-Rgt. 211. Willie is short for Wilhelm. Jaap

He was in the Luftwaffe. The Luftnachrichten was a part of the Luftwaffe. Jaap
